For more than 15 years we have been delivering sustainability to large food-industry companies. From manufacturing to the correct final disposal of their materials.
Learn more about the groupWe are confident that by combining economic growth and the environment we can achieve better results. We devote a great deal of time and energy to finding better uses for the resources we have available, whether through new business models, manufacturing processes or the use of more durable materials that return to the cyclical chain. We see challenges as opportunities, always providing the best experience for our customers.
We offer solutions that make the best use of natural resources, whether through new processes, manufacturing methods or better treatment of materials after consumption.
From the very beginning, innovation has been the foundation of our business. In our Group we believe every waste has value. That is why we are always researching and developing new technologies to make better use of all the waste we manage.
Our goal is to offer solutions that add value to all of our customers' waste, which is why we develop cutting-edge technology for every stage of the cycle.
We provide in-company waste management, carrying out the collection, separation, storage, transport, sorting and correct disposal of all post-consumer materials.
We manufacture disposable, waterproof personal protective equipment with circular thinking. All PPE is made from virgin materials with no metal components, allowing full recycling after disposal.
We manufacture and distribute AISI 304 stainless steel meshes and filters for extruders, filtering and sieving. We serve the food, mining, ceramics, agriculture and construction industries with durable, fully recyclable products.
We supply steam for industrial processes and heat for drying from alternative fuels such as RDF and biomass. Vapo builds, operates and maintains the thermal plant so the industry can focus on its own business.
Our dream began with the business vision of Grupo Fortaleza's CEO and founder, Carlos Eduardo Simonetto. Born in the midwest of Santa Catarina, he ventured early on into São Paulo. In a short time he connected his region's demand for paper with the large amount of that material generated in São Paulo. That is where the Group's first business was born: buying and selling used paper.
Since 2005 we have grown and achieved a great deal. Our portfolio includes solutions and technology that enable a circular economy, from production to the correct disposal of all materials generated by the food industry.
